THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF ENTRY DATE

Timing :
The Heroes Season 2 DVD Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00 noon (PDT) on 8/12/08 and ends
at 11:59 pm (PDT) on 9/12/08 (“Entry Period”).

How to enter:
Beginning at 12:00 noon (PDT) on 8/12/08 you may enter via the Internet by logging onto http://www.heroesthedvd.com/sweeps (the “Entry Site”) and completing the online entry form; providing your name, address, telephone number, age and (if applicable) e-mail address (“Online Entry”). ALL ONLINE ENTRIES ON THE ENTRY SITE MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM (PDT) ON 9/12/08.

Limit:
ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED FORTHIS SWEEPSTAKES.

GRAND PRIZE (three [3] will be awarded): Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) autographed “Heroes

calendar. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $129.00.

FIRST PRIZE (ten [10] will be awarded): Each First Prize consists of one (1) “Heroes Season 2” DVD, and one (1)
2009 Special edition calendar.  The ARV of each First Prize is $41.00.

SECOND PRIZE (ten [10] will be awarded): Each Second Prize consists of one (1) “Heroes Season 2” DVD.
The ARV of each First Prize is $30.00.

Inside CNN Heroes Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Inside CNN Heroes Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 years or older, except employees, officers, directors, and agents (and their immediate families and household members) of Cable News Network, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, and participating vendors (collectively, with the Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”). Void wherever prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor will conduct a national Sweepstakes encouraging participants to enter for a chance to win a prize. During the Sweepstakes Period, participants must go online to www.cnn.com/heroes, click on the promotional banner and complete and submit the online entry form, including their name, address, telephone number (including the area code) (optional), e-mail address (if any) and birth date. To be eligible all entries must be received no later than 11:59:00 p.m. ET on October 15, 2008.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3 day/2 night trip to Los Angeles, California for two (2) people to attend the CNN Heroes All-Star Tribute, at an approximate retail value (”ARV”) of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00). The Grand Prize includes the following: (a) round trip coach class airfare from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a Los Angeles, California area airport; (b) ground transportation to and from airport, hotel and tribute; (c) double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) (one (1) room) at a hotel in the Los Angeles, California area for two (2) nights (November 21st and 22nd) (chosen by Sponsor); (d) two (2) tickets to the CNN Heroes All-Star Tribute in Los Angeles, California; and (e) Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) spending money for the Grand Prize Winner only.
