Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 16 years of age and older with a valid driver’s license as of August 4, 2008. Online Game participants will also need a computer with Internet access and a valid e-mail address. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Promotion: (a) persons who are officers, directors, employees or agents of Sponsor, any Shell station or convenience store, Sponsor’s advertising or promotional agencies, distributors, or retailers or any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, wholesaler, service agency or independent contractor of any of the above organizations; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for Promotion; and (c) persons who are immediate family members (defined as spouse or biological, adoptive or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, or son and each of their respective spouses) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, and/or individuals who reside in the same household, whether related or not, to any person in any of the preceding categories. Timing :
The Shell $2900 Every Day Fuel Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will take place at participating Shell stations in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, except MD, NJ, VA, and Puerto Rico, starting at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on or about August 4, 2008 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 28, 2008, or sooner if all official game cards for the Promotion (each, a “Game Card”) are distributed before September 28, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
A) Visit any participating Shell station during the Promotion Period, make a fuel purchase and bring your receipt to the cashier to obtain a Game Card while supplies last. Limit one (1) Game Card per person per visit. Each visit to a participating Shell station within a two (2) hour time period shall be deemed to constitute a single visit for purposes of the Promotion. As the Promotion progresses, some participating Shell stations may run out of Game Cards before others.

B) To request a Game Card without a purchase, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) to: Shell $2900 Every Day Fuel Giveaway Game Card, P.O. Box 49272 Strongsville, Ohio 44149-0272. One (1) Game Card will be mailed in response to each request that complies with the requirements of these Official Rules, while supplies last. Requests from Vermont (“VT”) residents that are postmarked in VT may omit return postage.

Prize (s):
All prizes in the Scratch and Match Game are Shell Refillable Gift Cards that are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the back of the Shell Refillable Gift Card and all other terms and conditions generally applicable to such Cards.
