Golf Channel - Big Break Escape to Paradise Sweepstakes
Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico), the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of April 15, 2008. Entrants must have a valid Social Security number, or a Social Insurance number issued by the appropriate government agency to win the Grand Prize and to complete the required affidavit (as describe below) for prize acceptance. Employees of TGC, Inc. d/b/a The Golf Channel (“Sponsor”), Comcast Corporation, Ka’anapali Golf Resort, the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, PeakVision Sports, and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes, their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, and/or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of the immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) as such persons are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
Timing :
The GOLF CHANNEL’S “Big Break Escape to Paradise” Sweepstakes (The “Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:00:00 P.M. on April 15, 2008 and ends at 9:59:59 P.M. on July 15, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter :
To participate in any of the Individual Sweepstakes and the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, access the GOLF CHANNEL Website located at http://www.GolfChannel.com (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and then access the “Big Break Escape to Paradise” Sweepstakes text link or icon. You must be registered with the Website to enter the Sweepstakes. If you are a registered user, input your email address (where indicated), then click the “Enter” button to enter the Sweepstakes. If you are not a registered user of the Website, input your email address and click the “Enter” button, you will be taken to GolfChannel.com registration form. The registration form requires your email address, password of your choice, complete first name, complete last name, home address (including Zip Code; no P.O. Boxes), city, state, country, zip/postal code, telephone number (including area code) (optional), and birth year (collectively “Entry Information”). Submit the completed registration form and click “Sign Up”. All Entry Information is required and must be completed accurately and in full. You will receive one (1) entry into the current Individual Sweepstakes and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes when you enter as a current registrant or register and enter as a new registrant (“Entry”). Participants can only register and enter the Sweepstakes under one (1) email address. Once an email address has been registered by a participant that email address and corresponding user ID cannot be used by any other person at the Website. Entries for a particular Individual Sweepstakes must be received by times and dates stated in the above Sweepstakes Chart. Entries for the last Individual Sweepstakes and for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes must be received by 9:59:59 P.M. on July 15, 2008. Proof of delivery or receipt of Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor (defined below) as proof of entry.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of a trip to be shared by winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) to the production location of the Big Break: Ka’anapali, located in Ka’anapali, Maui, Hawaii (“Trip”). Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and Guests to Maui, Hawaii from a major commercial airport (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) near winner’s residence in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec); full size rental car for six (6) days (rental car make and model and car rental agency to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion); five (5) nights, ocean view accommodations at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa in Ka’anapali, Hawaii where The Big Break: Ka’anapali was filmed (Two (2) ocean view rooms, double occupancy); two (2) rounds of golf per person (8 rounds total) at the Ka’anapali Golf Resort at the courses in Ka’anapali (on courses to be determined by Sponsor) (dates and times to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion during Trip, golf rounds are non-transferable between winner and Guests), and one (1) massage each at Heavenly Spa by Westin (1 per person, details and limitations to be provided by The Westin Maui at its sole discretion), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is: $4,999 U.S.
Twelve (12) Individual Sweepstakes prizes (one (1) prize per Individual Sweepstakes): Each Individual Sweepstakes prize consists of one (1) “Big Break Survival Golf Pack”, which includes, one (1) pair of PeakVision sunglasses, one (1) “Autographed Big Break: Ka’anapali pin flag (signed by the contestants of GOLF CHANNEL’S Big Break: Ka’anapali series), and one (1) GOLF CHANNEL hat. Approximate Retail Value of each Individual Sweepstakes prize: $200 U.S.

2008 Nationwide Tour Play With The Pros Sweepstakes
Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec), who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of April 23, 2008 and who possess a valid Social Security, personal tax I.D number or Social Insurance Number issued by the appropriate government agency. Employees of TGC, Inc. d/b/a The Golf Channel (”Sponsor”), The Nationwide Tour, PGA TOUR, Inc., Nickent Golf, Inc., cable operators, multiple service providers, advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, or any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter :
To participate in any of the Individual Sweepstakes, watch The Nationwide Tour tournament coverage on the Golf Channel for the daily player feature segment. The Nationwide Tour tournament coverage airs generally starting at 1:00 P.M. ET (check local television listings for exact airtimes). The segment will include a question and answer about the player. Check local TV listings for The Nationwide Tour tournament coverage schedules in your local viewing area, which may be changed or pre-empted without notice or call your cable or satellite TV service provider broadcasting the program for details. After the question and answer are aired, access the web site at http://www.GolfChannel.com (”Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and click on the Sweepstakes text link or icon. You must be registered with GolfChannel.com to enter a particular Individual Sweepstakes. If you are a registered user, then enter your email address and the answer to the daily multiple choice question regarding “facts” about the daily Nationwide Tour Player, as featured on-air on Golf Channel, for a particular Individual Sweepstakes, where indicated and click on “Enter”. Only one (1) attempt to answer correctly will be allowed per person. The daily Player “fact” will change daily during a given Individual Sweepstakes entry period. If you are not a registered user, after you input your email address and answer to the multiple choice question for a particular Individual Sweepstakes and click on “Enter”, you will be taken to a GolfChannel.com sign up form. The sign up form requires your first name, last name, street address (including city, state and zip code, no P.O. Boxes), birth date, email address, telephone number (including area code) (optional), password of your choice and optional personal information (collectively “Entry Information”). Although telephone number is optional, it is the preferable way to contact potential winners. Submit the completed sign up form and click “Sign up” to enter. You will receive one (1) entry into the current Individual Sweepstakes and the Overall Sweepstakes drawing when you enter as a current registrant or register and enter as a new registrant with the correct answer to the multiple choice question for a particular Individual Sweepstakes and the Overall Sweepstakes drawing (”Entry”). Participants can only register and enter the Sweepstakes under one (1) user password and one (1) email address. Prize (s):
One (1) Overall Prize (”OP”): One (1) trip for OP winner and one (1) guest (”Guest”) to Los Angeles, California and the opportunity to “Play With The Pros”, PGA TOUR players Brandt Snedeker and Jeff Quinney (”Pros”) (”Trip”). Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for OP winner and Guest from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near the OP winner’s residence in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) to Los Angeles, California; standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (single room/double occupancy); economy size rental car for (5) five days, the opportunity for the OP winner and guest to play a round of 18 holes of golf with the Pros (subject to Pros availability and schedule); OP winner only will receive a complete set of Nickent Golf clubs (Driver, Fairway Woods, Irons, Putter & Bag) (actual Clubs to be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion) and a Golf Channel Prize Pack containing an official Golf Channel hat, golf channel shirt, mini cooler, pennant flag, and golf observer stool (Final content to be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion). In order to participate in the round of golf with the Pros, OP winner must have a handicap of 27 or less certified by a Club Pro or Handicap Chairman and registered with the United States Golf Association (”USGA”). IF YOUR GOLF CLUB IS NOT A MEMBER OF THE GHIN (GOLF HANDICAP & INFORMATION NETWORK) SYSTEM AND YOUR PERSONAL GHIN NUMBER IS NOT INDICATED, THEN CURRENT HANDICAP INDEX AND HANDICAP MUST BE CERTIFIED BY A CLUB PROFESSIONAL.
Thirteen (13) Individual Sweepstakes Prizes: Each Individual Sweepstakes prize winner will receive one (1) Nickent Golf 4DX Hybrid (ARV: $179.00 U.S. each).
