3M - Thinsulate Insulation 30th Anniversary Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of 3M (”Sponsor”), Spyder, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and franchisees, advertising, and promotional agencies, and each of such employee’s immediate family members (persons with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate. All entrants must have a valid email address, mailing address, and phone number. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor may require proof to its satisfaction of entrant’s registered subscriber status. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot, or sweepstakes service) and facsimiles are not allowed. Void where prohibited. Timing :
The Thinsulate™ Insulation “30th Anniversary” Sweepstakes (”Promotion”) starts at 12:00:01 AM EST on September 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 31, 2008 EST (”Promotional Period”).

How to enter:
You may enter the Promotion by accessing the Sponsor’s Internet Web site at: www.Thinsulate30Anniversary.com (”Web site”) and following the instructions for entry. To enter your name in the Promotion, completely fill out the registration information form as requested and click the submit button. After you submit your information, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Only one automatic entry per person is permitted. Before registration can be accepted, understanding and acceptance of the Official Rules must be acknowledged by each entrant by clicking on the “I have read and agree to the game’s official rules” check box. Additional entries can be earned by referring your friends. Your friend must enter the sweepstakes using the same email address you used to refer them in order to earn the entry.

Limit:
Only one automatic entry per person is permitted.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand prize package consisting of a 3-day, 2 night trip for the winner and guest to Beaver Creek, Colorado to see the Birds of Prey, World Cup Ski Race slated for December 4-7, 2008. Included are airfare (must originate in the United States), hotel and two (2) VIP credentials which are non-transferable passes good for skiing at Vail/Beaver Creek ski resorts as well as access to the VIP hospitality area. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $2500.

Redbelt - Train With A Legend Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Train with a Legend Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S., D.C., and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of August 14, 2008. Entrants must have either a valid social security number, a valid U.S. personal tax identification, or a valid social insurance number to participate. Employees of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Inc. (”Sponsor”), Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc., Spectre Entertainment Group, Inc., Sweepstakes administrator, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, access the website located at www.sonypictures.com/homevideo/redbelt/sweeps/ (”Website”) and follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form (”Sweepstakes Entry”). Information required on the entry form consists of your Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip Code, Daytime Phone Number (including area code), and Gender (collectively, “Entry Information”). All required Entry Information must be completed in full.

Limit:
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person/email address per day. Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 24, 2008.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize consists of one (1) personal training package for the Grand Prize winner only for three (3) days of training from the gym’s staff of trainers, including one (1) personal training session with Chris Reilly at Randy Couture’s Legends Mixed Martial Arts Training Center in Hollywood, CA, a custom training plan and diet plan to take home, and access to all classes during such three-day period.
