Gillette Game Face Contest and Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Gillette Game Face Contest and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Promotion.  Employees of The Gillette Company, The Procter and Gamble Distributing, LLC, Promotion Execution Partners (”PEP”), Starcom Media Vest Group, Time, Inc., ESPN, Inc., ePrize, LLC, and any of their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.  The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  The Promotion consists of a contest (the “Contest”) and a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).  Void where prohibited.

Timing :
The Promotion begins on September 4, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on November 3, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). 

How to enter:
During the Submission Phase, there are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion.

Offline Photo Creation: Visit the Gillette Game Face display during Sponsor selected events (Sponsor to select time, date and location of events in its sole discretion).  At the display, follow the instructions register for the Promotion.  Complete the registration, including a valid email address, a phone number where you can be reached between November 5, 2008 and November 12, 2008 during normal business hours, and a valid home or campus mailing address.  P.O. Boxes are not permitted.  After completing the registration, follow the instructions to capture and upload one (1) fan photo of yourself showing your best game face (the “Submission”).

Online Entry: During the Submission Phase, visit www.gillettegameface.com and follow the links and instructions to register for the Promotion.  Complete the registration, including a valid email address, a phone number where you can be reached between November 5, 2008 and November 12, 2008 during normal business hours, and a valid home or campus mailing address.  P.O. Boxes are not permitted.  After completing the registration, follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) fan photo of yourself showing your best game face (also the “Submission”).

Limit:
You may submit one (1) Submission into the Contest per day and receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day during the Submission Phase, regardless of method of entry used to enter the Promotion.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and three (3) friends to Bristol, CT for a tour of the ESPN Studios and Headquarters; one (1) prize pack consisting of an XBOX 360 and the Madden NFL 09 Collectors’ Edition game; four (4) Gillette shave packs and four (4) Gillette branded footballs (one (1) for winner and one (1) for each of winner’s travel companions); and the opportunity to have winner’s Submission featured in a 30 second advertisement to air during a college football championship game selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  For Travel to ESPN Studios and Headquarters: Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major airport near Bristol, CT (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); one (1) night standard accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy); a tour of the ESPN Headquarters; a behind the scenes viewing of a show in the college football studio; a meet and greet with talent from “College Football Live;” access to events and behind-the-scenes viewings determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; a lunch with the “College Football Live” talent; and a keepsake football signed by College Football Live talent. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.

NINE (9) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per each weekly entry period): A prize package consisting of an XBOX gaming console; the Madden NFL 09 Collectors’ Edition game; a Gillette branded football; and a Gillette Shave pack.  Gillette shave pack includes Gillette “Clinical Strength” antiperspirant deodorant, Gillette Shampoo, Gillette Face and Body Wash, Gillette Fusion Hydra Gel Shaving Gel and a Gillette Fusion Phenom Razor.  Size of each product determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  ARV: $411.50.  Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes: $3,703.50.

The Gillette - MLB Rookie Reporter Showdown 2008

Eligibility :
This Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Comcast Spotlight, the MLB® Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, retailers, printers, advertising, promotion and judging agencies and any and all other companies associated with this Contest or the Sweepstakes (as defined in Section 5 below), and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether or not related) of any of the above are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

Timing :
The gillette® “MLB® Rookie Reporter Showdown” Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on 8/11/08 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 9/21/08 (herein “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

How to enter:
1) By Mail - send your Entry along with an 8 ½” x 11″ piece of paper which contains your name, complete address, daytime phone number, e-mail address (optional), date of birth, and your designated MLB® Club secured to your Entry in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: gillette® “MLB® Rookie Reporter” Showdown , c/o Intersport, 20 West Kinzie Street, 16th Floor, Chicago, IL 60610. Mailed entries must be received by 7/09/08 to be eligible. The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC (”Sponsor”) will use e-mail addresses provided via the mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Contest is not dependent upon entrant’s provision of this information. Limit one (1) Entry per person/household/email address. Entry must be on VHS video tape or DVD/CD and in DVD .avi, .mov, or .mpg format. 2) By Internet - starting at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 6/16/08 through 11:59:59 PM ET on 7/09/08 (”Promotion Period”), go to www.MLB.com/GilletteReporter (”Website”) and follow the on-screen directions to submit your Entry. Uploaded Entry (a) must be in .avi, .mov, or .mpg format, (b) may not exceed (i) a file size larger than 250MB and/or (ii) one (1) minute in length; and (c) must be in English. Internet Entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on 7/09/08. 3) At Select Events - During the Promotion Period, events may be held at participating MLB® Clubs’ ballparks/stadiums (time/date/location to be determined and is at Sponsor’s sole discretion) where you may have your Entry into the Contest videotaped and submitted by representatives of the Sponsor on your behalf, subject to the applicable terms stated herein.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize winner: the Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-Day/2-Night trip for three (3) persons (Grand Prize winner and two (2) guests) to one (1) 2008 Major League Baseball® World Series® game designated by Sponsor (the “World Series Game”). Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guests from the major commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s home to the nearest major commercial airport to the World Series venue for the game selected, two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (single room, triple occupancy), and three (3) tickets to the one (1) World Series game selected by the Sponsor. Additionally, the Grand Prize winner (this does not apply to his/her guests); (a) will receive one (1) opportunity, subject to the rules and regulations of the applicable MLB® Entities, as applicable, be featured within one (1) segment of MLBAM’s live or recorded editorial coverage of the World Series Game (which such coverage shall be determined in MLBAM’s sole and absolute discretion and may include an opportunity to be featured alongside MLBAM’s then-current talent); and (b) may receive one (1) opportunity to conduct one (1) interview with one (1) current or former MLB® Player, coach or other personality as determined by MLBAM in its sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, no employment relationship shall be created by any Contest prize. Round-trip coach air transportation and standard hotel accommodations (single room, single occupancy) will be provided to the winner only throughout the 2008 World Series.

One (1) winner will receive a 2-day/1-night trip for two (2) persons (winner and one guest) to one (1) 2008 Major League Baseball® World Series® game, subject to availability. Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s home to the nearest major commercial airport to the World Series venue for the game selected, one (1) night standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy), and two (2) tickets to one (1) the World Series game selected by the winner (subject to the conditions above).
