Eligibility :
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and RealTime Media, Inc. (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Void outside the Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Also void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Timing :
The “Fresh Finds” Sweepstakes (”Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on Monday, June 9, 2008 and ends at 12:00:00 PM ET on Monday, July 21, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
To enter the Promotion, visit http://www.marthastewart.com/freshfinds (the “Website”). You will then arrive at the Sweepstakes registration page. Complete the entry form with your true and correct information and click the “Submit” button. After entering your registration information and clicking on the “Submit” button, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Limit :
One (1) entry per person and/or email address per day.

Prize (s):
One Thousand (1,000) Winners: One (1) Martha Stewart Tote. The tote will include the following items 1 Garnier anti-wrinkle serum sample, 1 Quaker Simple Harvest Chewy granola bar, 1 Kraft recipe card, 1 Eucerin sunscreen sample, 1 Haagen-Dazs seed card, Restasis product literature and Zicam. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants who have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will need to obtain permission from their parent/legal guardian in order to enter this Sweepstakes. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (”MTVN”) and Maybelline New York - Garnier, Consumer Products Division of L’Oreal USA Inc. (”L’Oreal” and, together with MTVN, the “Co-Branded Partners”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (collectively with the Co-Branded Partners, the “Sponsor Entities”) and any person who has won an MTVN or L’Oreal contest or sweepstakes in the preceding twelve (12) month period are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by MTVN, and by the decisions of the Sponsor Entities, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor Entities against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or misuse or redemption of a Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined); and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.

Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of MTVN’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and submit the online entry form as instructed. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries”.
