The Ultimate Playroom Sweepstakes (.Sweepstakes.) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Pottery Barn Kids and Real Simple Magazine (the .Sponsors.), and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same households of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing :
The Contest begins on August 6, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (”PT”) and ends August 27, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. PT.

How to enter:
To enter online, visit www.realsimple.com/ultimateplayroom and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on August 21, 2008 and 11:59 PM (ET) on October 13, 2008. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy.

Limit:
Limit one online entry per person per day.

Prize (s):
$5,000 worth of merchandise from Pottery Barn Kids. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $5,000.00. Prize will be awarded as Pottery Barn Kids Gift Card(s). PBteen 2008 - Back-to-School Sweeps is open only to residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia. Employees and agents, including their family (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their household (whether or not related), of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, distributors, divisions, agencies or of any related entity, including any consultants to Sponsor, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PST on July 9, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on October 21, 2008 (”End Date”).

How to enter:
There is 1 way to enter the Sweepstakes: Go to the website located at www.pbteen.com and complete the entry form for the PBteen Back-To-School Sweepstakes (including your name, mailing address and email address) and click Enter Sweepstakes at the bottom of the completed entry form. All entries must be received by the End Date.

Limit:
Only one entry per family unit is allowed (a family unit is those persons having the same last name and address). 

Prize (s):

Employees and agents, including their family (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their household (whether or not related), of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, distributors, divisions, agencies or of any related entity, including any consultants to Sponsor, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 PST on July 21, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PST on August 17, 2008 (”End Date”).

How to enter:
There are 2 ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) by completing the entry form on the west elm website located at: www.westelm.com/sweeps. Send your entry by clicking submit entry on the bottom of the completed entry form. The entry form may be accessed by clicking on the email address above, or by going to http://www.westelm.com and clicking on the link ‘enter here’ in the left hand side of the promo box; or (2) by completing the entry form found in the west elm catalog and bringing the entry form to your local west elm store. All entries must be received by the End Date.

Limit :
Only one entry per family unit is allowed (a family unit is those persons having the same last name and address).

Prize (s):
