Terminator - Dodge Ram Never Back Down from a Challenge Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, who are physically located and residing therein, and who are at least 18 years of age and not a minor in their state of primary residence at the time of entry (”Entrant”). The Entrant must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in their state of residence and proof of such will be required if an Entrant is selected as a potential winner.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (”EDT”) on Monday, Sept. 8, 2008 and ends at 12:00:00 PM EDT on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
Entrants may participate in the Sweepstakes by logging on to the Sweepstakes page located at www.fox.com/terminator/ram (”Sweepstakes Homepage”) and following the on-screen instructions to completely and accurately provide all of the requested entry information. Once all of the information has been provided, Entrant must click the “Submit” button to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Entry Period. All entries must be received in accordance to the Entry Period end dates, as reflected on the Entry Chart.

Limit:
Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):
PRIZES (4): One prize will be awarded per Entry Period (4 total for the Sweepstakes Period). Each Entry Period prize consists of: One (1) 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 4 x 2 (”Vehicle”). Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (”MSRP”): $45,020.

Eligibility :
Entrants and Winner must be legal residents of the continental United States and District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii) and at least 18 years or older as of date of entry. Subject to all laws and regulations and void in Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted by law. Individuals who have won a prize from the Sponsor or Radio Show (each as defined below) within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Employees of Premiere Radio Networks, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), FOX, Fox Entertainment Group, News Corporation, Twentieth Century Fox Television, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc., Premiere Radio Networks, American Top 40 with Ryan Seacrest (the “Radio Show”), each radio station contracted to broadcast the Radio Show, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, divisions, parent companies, officers, directors, agents and advertising agencies, as well as members of the immediate family of any such employees, are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

FOX “FRINGE” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01am Pacific Time on September 12, 2008 and concludes at 11:59:59pm Pacific Time on September 28, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

Follow all instructions to becoming a member of The Countdown Key Holder Club (the “Club”) and complete the online entry form, including entering your name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, date of birth, and day and evening phone number (including area code). Entries limited to one (1) entry per person. Existing members of the Club must enter their Club number and they will automatically be entered in the Sweepstakes. Subsequent entries from a person will not be eligible for a prize. Sweepstakes Winner will be drawn from online entries only.
