Aflac Iron Girl Retreat to Hawaii 2008 Promotion

Eligibility :
Promotion open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, CS&E, WTC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. Income or other taxes on any prizes awarded are the responsibility of the winner.

Timing :
This promotion begins at 9:00 am (ET) on Friday, March 21, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 (”Entry Period”).

How to Enter :
There are two (2) ways to enter this promotion: (i) Online method: You may enter into the promotion during the Entry Period by going to www.AflacIronGirl.com and following the instructions to submit online entries. (ii) On-site method: During the Entry Period, you may enter via an official entry form located at the Aflac booth on-site at participating Aflac Iron Girl events during the Entry Period and deposit in the receptacle provided. Your entry is deemed submitted upon receipt of your online or on-site submission. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. Neither Aflac, Incorporated (”Sponsor”), Career Sports & Entertainment, Inc. (”CS&E”), World Triathlon Corporation, Inc.(”WTC”) nor any of their employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, marketing agencies, nor any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries.

Limit one (1) Entry per person per household per Entry Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive (i) round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to a major commercial airport near Kailua-Kona, Hawaii (”Airport”) (specific location to be determined by Sponsor based on availability); (ii) 4-day, 3-night hotel accommodations (double occupancy) from Thursday, October 9, 2008 to Sunday, October 12, 2008 in Waikoloa, Hawaii (”Hotel”); (iii) a spa package valued at $600 (specific services TBD by winner and guest based on availability and subject to spa schedule); (iv) Hawaiian luau dinner and show for two (2); (v) two (2) fitness passes to allow winner and guest to schedule their options of daily fitness sessions based on availability and subject to club schedule; (vi) two (2) tickets to the Ironman Welcome Dinner on Thursday, October 9, 2008; (vii) $500 spending money for winner’s choice of additional island activities and dining; (viii) credentials for two (2) to the Ford Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii on Saturday, October 11, 2008; (ix) round-trip transportation to/from Airport and Hotel.

Ford Road to Kona Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (”U.S.”) who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (”Entrant”). Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, and other US Commonwealths, Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

Timing :
he Ford Road to Kona Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the 50 United States and District of Columbia (”U.S.”) and begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 9/24/07 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 8/31/08 (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.fordroadtokona.com (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the online entry form with the required contact information (”Entry”) and submit the completed entry as directed.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize - Ford Edge SEL (ARV $35,000) and a trip for two (2) to Hawaii to attend the Ford Ironman World Championship in October 2008 (ARV $15,000). Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winners residence to HI, coach air travel for two (2) between islands per event schedule, seven nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), tickets to the Ironman World Championship, local ground transportation (between airport/hotel and to and from Sponsor selected events) and $2,000; Total ARV of Grand Prize $50,000
