Alouette Gourmet Getaway

Eligibility :
Alouette® Gourmet Getaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Promotion begins on June 16, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on September 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, visit a participating grocer or retailer and purchase a specially marked Alouette® product containing a promotion code (”Code”). Go to http://alouettecheese.com/getaway and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Enter your Code and you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Alternate Method of Entry: If you would like to enter the Promotion without purchasing Alouette® products, use the code YMDHKPD7 to enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Follow the links and instructions identified in the preceding paragraph to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.

Limit:
Each participant may enter/play a total of one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period through either method of entry until the participant wins.

Sweepstakes Prize:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Culinary Trip with International Kitchen for two (2) to winner’s choice of Paris, France; Florence, Italy; or Barcelona, Spain. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Paris, France; Florence, Italy; or Barcelona, Spain; three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $100 spending money to be used toward food; and ground transportation to and from airport and hotel and to and from cooking class. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,500.

Instant Win Game Prizes:

FORTY (40) FIRST PRIZES: Wine refrigerator to be awarded in the form of an American Express Home Solutions gift card (limitations, terms and conditions of gift card apply). ARV: $220.

SIXTY-SEVEN (67) SECOND PRIZES: Cheese set. Specific components of set to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $15.

The Olive Garden Win a Trip To Italy Promotion

Eligibility :
The OLIVE GARDEN WIN A TRIP TO ITALY PROMOTION (“Promotion”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec Province) and 21 years of age or older, at time of participation.

Timing :
Promotion begins on or about 05/26/2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on 07/06/08 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT.

How to Enter :
During the Promotional Period, access the Promotional Website at www.olivegarden.com and click on the icon, banner, or text link to access the registration page. At that point, you must:

1. Complete the registration form with your first and last name, complete address, email address, date of birth, and zip code.
2. Create a password. (Record your password and keep it in a secure location.)
3. When all required information has been entered, your Promotion Account will be established and you will receive one entry in the Sweepstakes.
4. You may be asked to complete a survey.  The survey is optional and your decision whether to complete the survey (and, if you choose to do so, your answers to survey questions) will not affect your ability to play the Daily Win or your odds of winning prizes in the Daily Win.
5. Click on the button to receive one play in the Daily Win. If you have won a First Prize (subject to verification), the Promotional Website will display a “Congratulations” message (with prize description) and prize claim instructions.  If you have NOT won a First Prize, a “Non winning” message will instead appear on-screen.
6. When you return to the Promotional Website, you will be asked to log-in by providing your email address and password. This enables you to access your Promotion Account and, by doing so, to enter the Sweepstakes and play the Daily Win again.

Limit :
Limit of (1) play and (1) entry per participant/Promotion Account per day (12:00:01 a.m. PT – 12:00:00 a.m. PT, except for 07/06/08 which starts at 12:00:01 a.m. PT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT).

Prize (s):

Trip consists of round-trip, coach class air transportation from international airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to Italy, all guided tours, all ground transportation and 2 meals per day; 8 days/7 nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy). Approximate Retail Value:  $6,500(US) each
