2008 Dr Pepper Get More From Game Day Scholarship Promotion
Eligibility :
Winners must be legal resident of the United States and at least the Minimum Age but no older than 24 years old, and must be registered or must register by the fall semester 2009 at a college, university or postsecondary vocational institution eligible under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 as amended and located in the United States, as a full time student (12 hours) at time of participation. Winner must provide proof of enrollment from the school’s administration office at a college, university or postsecondary vocational institution of their choice. Winners must not be an active NCAA collegiate athlete (any division) in any sport. Entrants must also not have played professional, semi-professional, or Division I collegiate football at any time. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its licensed bottlers, the Administrator and their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties“), and their promotional partners, advertising and promotional agencies, printers and suppliers of Promotion and packaging materials, redemption/recycling centers, owners/operators and those responsible for making purchasing decisions relative to marketing and promotions of retail establishments that sell Sponsor products, web masters and web and/or online promotion developers and persons engaged in the development of promotional materials, judging or administration organizations, or auditing or legal firms and members of any of the above’s immediate family or household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers, and directors are not eligible. Immediate family, regardless of whether or not they live in the same residence, includes: parents, children, stepparents, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings and spouses.
Timing :
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) August 1, 2008 (“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) November 1, 2008 (“End Date”).
How to enter:
Go to the Website and log on to enter. If you are a current member of any Dr Pepper/7UP promotions or signed up for a previous promotion, fill in the appropriate login information, update your personal information (if necessary) or confirm that your personal information is correct. Otherwise, you will need to complete the promotional registration process by filling out the registration form including your actual name, address, birth date, email address and a unique password.

6 GRAND PRIZES – ARV $2,380: A trip for two (winner and guest) to one of the Grand Prize Games as a “Pass Contestant” to participate in the pass competition (“Halftime Event”) for a chance to win either:
1. 3 Scholarship Prizes: One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000) Scholarship:
1. a scholarship valued at $100,000.00 to cover up to four (4) consecutive years of college or postsecondary vocational institution tuition, fees, books, supplies, equipment, related educational expenses and room and board to be awarded in the form of a check disbursed over eight (8) semesters and will be a co-payable check distributed to the school (eligible under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 as amended) and located in the United States on behalf of the Winner; or
2. a check for $100,000 to pay off student loans incurred by the Winner for college tuition, fees, books, supplies, equipment, related educational expenses and room and board in the form of a co-payable check distributed to the lending institution on behalf of the Winner; or
3. a combination of (a) and (b) above in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.

1. a scholarship valued at $5,000.00 to cover college or postsecondary vocational institution tuition, fees, books, supplies, equipment, related educational expenses and room and board to be awarded in the form of a co-payable check distributed to the school (eligible under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 as amended) and located in the United States on behalf of the Winner; or
2. a check for $5,000.00 to pay off student loans incurred by the runner up for college tuition, fees, books, supplies, equipment, related educational expenses and room and board in the form of a co-payable check distributed to the lending institution on behalf of the Winner; or
3. a combination of (a) and (b) above in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
3 FIRST PRIZES – ARV $2,380: A trip for two (winner and guest) to one of the Grand Prize Games as an alternate (“Alternate”) to participate as a Pass Contestant only in the event either of the Pass Contestants are unable to participate in the Pass Competition.

Rubbermaid Race Back to School Contest 2008
Eligibility :
Employees of Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, their respective parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, or any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Contest (”Released Parties”), as well as members of their immediate families and same households (including children, spouses and siblings and/or others living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not), are not eligible to participate. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final in all respects.
Timing :
Contest begins on or about 12:01 a.m. ET on 08/01/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 09/14/08, though all registration forms must be received by 09/07/08.

Prize (s):
The winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize, to be awarded in the form of a check. Sponsor will also donate $1,000 to the education institution school of Winner’s choice (subject to Sponsor approval) which qualifies as a 501(c)(3) organization as defined under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. If Greg Biffle (or other replacement driver in the Roush Fenway Racing #16 Ford) officially wins (as determined by NASCAR) the NASCAR Sprint Series Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor scheduled for 9/14/08, the winner will receive a $100,000 cash prize instead of the originally stated cash prize referenced above (i.e., $1,000); and the charitable education institution donation (subject to Sponsor approval) which qualifies as a 501(c)(3) organization as defined under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 will be a matching $100,000.
Total value of all Prizes if Greg Biffle/replacement driver officially wins NASCAR Sprint Series Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway: $200,000.
