Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 or older as of 9/5/08 except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

One Grand Prize : A Celebrity hosted self-esteem workshop (“workshop”), for a minimum of 30 people and a maximum of 100 people (at Sponsor’s sole discretion), to be conducted at a Sponsor-selected location in the winner’s town/community. If the Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, his/her parent/legal guardian must be present during the workshop. Winner will be required to do the following: 1) choose an age range for the workshop from the following age ranges: 8-10, 11-13, 14-17; 2) partner with his/her community/school to select a venue for the workshop for Sponsor’s approval. If Grand Prize winner does not have a recommendation for a venue or if Sponsor does not approve of winner’s recommended venue, Sponsor will solely determine the venue for the workshop. Ultimately, the final decision of the date, time, location, total attendants and age of attendees will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. There is no approximate retail value associated with this prize. Grand Prize is subject to availability. Specific celebrity will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
