Eligibility :
The Dominican Republic Golf Getaway Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 years or older

Timing :
From 12:01 am Eastern Time (ET) on October 6, 2008 through 11:59 pm ET on October 31, 2008 (the “Promotional Period”)

How to enter:
To enter, during the Promotional Period, participants must log on to www.cnn.com/topics, click on the promotional banner and complete and submit the online entry form, including their name, address, telephone number (including the area code), e-mail address (if any) and birth date. To be eligible all entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2008.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person, e-mail address or household per twenty-four (24) hour period.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 5 day/4 night golf getaway to the Dominican Republic for two (2) people, at an approximate retail value (”ARV”) of Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($5,600.00). The Grand Prize includes the following: (a) round-trip coach-class airfare from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to the Dominican Republic; (b) round trip airport transfers between the airport and hotel; (c) double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) (one (1) room) at Tortuga Bay Resort & Golf (based on availability at Sponsor’s discretion) for four (4) nights; (d) daily breakfast for two (2) people at Bamboo restaurant; (e) Golf Car; (f) personalized service from Villa Manager; (g) Six Senses Spa Signature massage for each person; and (h) two (2) rounds of golf at La Cana golf course (subject to availability).
