Eligibility :
The DIY Network - Blog Cabin Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older, except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of DIY as the Main Sponsor, Ritway, Inc. (”Administrator”), and Polaris Industries Inc., The Sherwin-Williams Company, Advance Stores Company, Inc., Greased Lightning, Mahindra USA, Inc., and all other participating sponsors (collectively, the “Participating Sponsors”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors. Entrants who have won a prize in any Scripps Networks, LLC promotion in the 90 days prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes are ineligible. Main Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential Winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Main Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the Prize to such potential Winner might reflect negatively on Main Sponsor or any of the Participating Sponsors. By entering, all participants and/or entrants release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, Sweepstakes partners and Prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on August 14, 2008 at 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on September 29, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the Grand Prize, which will consist of a home (based on the winning design from a previously held online vote) located in Spring City, Tennessee (known specifically as Lot #5 in the Lakefront Estates Development) with a value of approximately Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000) (includes the real property and the house only without furnishings), (the “Blog Cabin”). Total (approximate retail value (”ARV”)) ARV of Grand Prize is $750,000.

Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on June 30, 2008 until 5:00 p.m. ET on July 28, 2008.
How to Enter :
You may enter the Do it Yourself Network (”DIY”) Ultimate Workshop Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) in any of the following ways: (i) online by visiting the DIY website (www.diynetwork.com) (the “DIY Website”) and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day); or (ii) by hand printing your name, complete address and phone number (including area code) either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper to: “DIY Ultimate Workshop Giveaway”, PO Box 53196, Knoxville, TN 37950. Entrants using US mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 28, 2008, and received by August 4, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void.
