Eligibility :
This contest (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members, and employees of the Sponsor, the judging organization (if applicable), or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.

Timing :
The Promotion begins 12:01 AM, Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM, ET on September 26, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
Visit www.condenet.com/promo/bertolli/sweeps/whyarethechefscrying/entry during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. You must include an essay (100 words minimum, 500 words maximum) on your idea of the perfect night spent at home. (“Submission”). All entries are eligible for their respective weekly prize as well as the grand prize. Entrants represent and warrant that their Submission is the original work of such entrant, it has not been copied from others, and it does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

Limit:
One entry per person/per e-mail address/per week during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
There will be eight (8) weekly winners, and one (1) grand prize winner.

The weekly prize is an appliance chosen by the sponsor. The approximate retail value of the weekly prize is $500.

The grand prize is two (2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to New York City, one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, three (3) dinners for two (2) people at New York City restaurants (maximum $200 per dinner), and two (2) tickets to a movie premiere which may be attended by a celebrity.

Open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Released Parties (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in or win the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

Timing :
Beginning 9:00am Eastern Time (”ET”) on August 25, 2008 through 11:59pm ET on September 21, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).

How to enter:
Log on to http://www.ivillage.com/thewomen, click on the Sweepstakes banner and follow the on-screen entry instructions to enter. Sweepstakes consists of four (4) weekly drawings (”Weekly Drawings”) and one (1) Grand Prize drawing (”Grand Prize Drawing”). Entries for each Weekly Drawing must be received by the “End Date” for that particular Weekly Drawing as specified in the chart below. Each entry for any Weekly Drawing also constitutes an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. The only means of entry into the Grand Prize Drawing is by submitting an entry for a Weekly Drawing. Entries for the last Weekly Drawing (week four) must be received by 11:59pm ET on September 21, 2008, which is also the deadline to be eligible for entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.
