Rent-A-Center Worry-Free Cruisin’ Summer Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or are the age of majority or older in their state/province of primary residence. Employees of Rent-A-Center, Inc. its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities“) and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Timing :
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (”CT“) on 6/29/08 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on 8/23/08 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
THE DAILY SWEEPSTAKES: There are three (3) ways to enter the Daily Sweepstakes:

1. 1. ONLINE ENTRY: To enter online, go to www.worryfreesummer.com (“Website”) during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to register and enter the Daily Sweepstakes. Registration is free. Online entries must be completed by 8/23/08 at 11:59:59 PM (CT).

1. 1. PURCHASE ENTRY: During the Promotion Period, visit one of the participating Rent-A-Center stores and receive an automatic entry into the Daily Sweepstakes upon completion of a new rental agreement. Rental agreement entries must be completed by the close of business on 8/23/08.

1. 1. ON-SITE ENTRY WITHOUT PURCHASE: During the Promotion Period, visit one of the participating Rent-A-Center stores and locate a Promotion Kiosk. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the Daily Sweepstakes via the Promotion Kiosk. Entry via the Promotion Kiosk is free. Promotion Kiosk entries must be received by close of business on 8/23/08.

MAIL-IN ENTRY: You may also enter the Daily Sweepstakes on a plain piece of 3”x 5” piece of paper, by hand printing your complete name, address, date of birth, daytime and evening phone numbers, e-mail address (if available) and the words, “Rent-A-Center Worry Free Summer Sweepstakes”, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Rent-A-Center® Worry-Free Summer Cruisin’ Sweepstakes, Dept. RAC 15851, Dallas Parkway Suite 725, Addison, TX 75001. Mail in entries must be postmarked by 8/23/08 and received by 8/30/08.

Limit :
Limit one (1) Daily Sweepstakes entry per household, per day, regardless of method of entry. For each valid email address you provide, you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for a maximum of ten (10) bonus referral entries during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Chevy Theatre Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Chevrolet Theatre Sweepstakes, the (”Promotion”) is open to legal residents of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maine, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older with a valid drivers license at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of General Motors Corporation (”Sponsor”) and General Motors dealerships, The Barber Shop Marketing (”Administrator”) and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotional materials or prizes for this Promotion, and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Timing :
From May 1, 2008 at 12:00 am, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) through 12/14/08, at 11:59 pm EDT.

How to Enter :
Complete an official electronic entry form on the kiosk inside the Chevrolet Theatre, in Wallingford, CT during designated performances between the following dates: May 1, 2008 and December 14, 2008 (”Entry Period”). Limit one (1) kiosk entry per person for the entire entry period. Multiple entries form the same person or email address or entries will disqualify all entries submitted by that individual. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void. Only official electronic entry forms may be used. All entries become Administrator’s property and will not be returned.

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the United States (the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry

Beginning 12:00 a.m. EST May 12th, 2008 and ending by 11:59 p.m. EST on June 30th, 2008.

Each entrant must fully complete the registration page with all required information including his/her name, complete address, valid email address, birth date, and phone number(s) (including area code(s)).

Entry Form: Official entry forms will be made available (while supplies last) during designated Chevrolet sponsored events taking place during the Registration Period. Official entry form availability at each designated event may be limited. Obtain and fully complete an official entry form with all required information including your name, address (including city, state and zip code), email address, birth date, daytime and evening phone numbers (including area code), and deposit completed entry in the registration box available at each event prior to the conclusion of such event. Maximum of one entry per person per event. Information on all entries must be hand-printed. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries allowed.

Prize (s):
A maximum of one (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize is a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu vehicle with a maximum retail value not to exceed $25,325. If the designated prize vehicle MSRP is under $25,325.00, the winner will not be awarded the difference between the vehicle’s actual MSRP.
