Promotion Period : Budweiser Rock The Bells Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on May 8, 2009 and ends at 3:00 p.m. CDT on July 9, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.budweiser.com (“Website”) and look for the Budweiser Rock The Bells Sweepstakes mention, during the Sweepstakes Period, and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an online entry.

Budweiser Select Kentucky Derby Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Budweiser Select Kentucky Derby Sweepstakes open to residents of the United States (except California) who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.

Timing :
Budweiser Select Kentucky Derby Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on March 18, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 15, 2009.

How to enter:
To enter online, go to www.BudweiserSelect.com (“Website”) and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an official entry form.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (20 Total, 1 Per Market and Region): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2009 Kentucky Derby® and Kentucky Oaks®. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights, two (2) tickets to attend the Kentucky Derby® and two (2) tickets to attend the Kentucky Oaks®. Travel is tentatively scheduled for April 30, 2009 to May 3, 2009. Seating assignments at the Kentucky Oaks®, Kentucky Derby® and the concert are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner and guest must be able to travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner may substitute $500 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner), in lieu of the air transportation. Approximate Retail Value $1,935 for trips not including air transportation and $2,435 for trips with air transportation.
