Bassett Furniture - Bedroom Giveaway Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
In order to be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes, must be: a) a legal resident of the Contiguous US and 18 years or older at the time of entry with a unique valid Social Security number, OR b) a legal resident of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who is at least the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this promotion are not eligible to participate. VOID IN QUEBEC AND WHEREVER ELSE PROHIBITED.

Timing :
The Bassett “Bedroom Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 am (ET) on May 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on August 24, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
There are two ways to enter:

1) Visit www.bassettfurniture.com and complete and submit the Official Online Entry Form, in its entirety, including your name, company name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, phone, and e-mail address and date of birth. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.

2) Visit a participating Bassett Furniture location and complete/submit the Official Entry Form provided and drop into the entry form box provided. In the event that supply of entry forms is depleted upon your arrival, you may enter by submitting a 3″x5″ index card hand-printed with the same information; name, complete address, daytime phone, e-mail address (if available) and date of birth.

Limit :
Limit one entry per person/e-mail address throughout the entire Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
There is (1) One Grand Prize of a Bedroom Suite to include: bed (head board and foot board), dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands and a Premium Latex mattress from Bassett Bedding to be provided by a Bassett Furniture location. The approximate retail value for the Grand Prize is $5,000 USD.

Sleep Number - Bed A Day Giveaway

Eligibility :
Employees of Sponsor, Marketing Drive LLC, and their respective parents, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies; and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and the household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or to win the sweepstakes.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins May 27, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (”CT”) and ends on September 3, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the sweepstakes: (1) ENTER AT A PARTICIPATING SELECT COMFORT® STORE: Complete the official entry form found in participating Select Comfort® stores, while supplies last, or hand print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address (if available), daytime phone number (including area code), and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ card and deposit in the sweepstakes entry box on or before close of business to be eligible for that day’s drawing. Limit of one (1) in-store entry per person per sweepstakes period In-store entries received from the same person after the first in-store entry received from that person will be void. Non-winning entries received for one drawing will not roll over into subsequent drawings. (2) ENTER ONLINE: Go to www.sleepnumber.com and follow the directions provided to fully complete and submit the entry form. Online entries must be received by 11:59 pm CT to be eligible for that day’s drawing. Receipt of an internet entry occurs when Sponsor’s servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the “Send” button.

Eligibility :
Herbal Essences Scents and Sensibility (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Canada who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. How to Enter :

Complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will automatically be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the instructions to play the Instant Win Game. Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the Instant Win Game and will be provided directions for validation. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.
