Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC age 18 and older. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and their advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and those with whom such employees live are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to enter the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on September 11, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on October 22, 2008 (”Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes database is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. There will be a total of six (6) weekly prize drawings (”Weekly Drawings”), one for each of the following six (6) weeks: 9/11/08 - 9/17/08; 9/18/08 - 9/24/08; 9/25/08 - 10/1/08; 10/2/08 - 10/08/08; 10/9/08 - 10/15/08; and 10/16/08 - 10/22/08 (each a “Week”).

How to enter:

After you have completed the entry instructions, you will automatically receive one “Direct Entry.” You are limited to one Direct Entry for the entire Entry Period. “Additional Entries” can be received by inviting your friends using any of the three methods (posting a badge, email and personal link) found on “Get the Works™.”

Limit one prize per person and per email address.

Prize (s):
A total of six (6) prizes will be awarded, one in each Weekly Drawing. Each winner will receive his/her choice of (i) $500 worth of his/her favorite Bath & Body Works products (based on selling price at the time prize is shipped) or (ii) a $500.00 Bath & Body Works Gift Card. Approximate retail value of each prize is a maximum of $500.00.

Spend Time With The Women Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Released Parties (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in or win the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

Timing :
Beginning 9:00am Eastern Time (”ET”) on August 25, 2008 through 11:59pm ET on September 21, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).

How to enter:
Log on to http://www.ivillage.com/thewomen, click on the Sweepstakes banner and follow the on-screen entry instructions to enter. Sweepstakes consists of four (4) weekly drawings (”Weekly Drawings”) and one (1) Grand Prize drawing (”Grand Prize Drawing”). Entries for each Weekly Drawing must be received by the “End Date” for that particular Weekly Drawing as specified in the chart below. Each entry for any Weekly Drawing also constitutes an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. The only means of entry into the Grand Prize Drawing is by submitting an entry for a Weekly Drawing. Entries for the last Weekly Drawing (week four) must be received by 11:59pm ET on September 21, 2008, which is also the deadline to be eligible for entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

Limit:

Sephora - Too Faced V.Eye.P. Island Escape Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions not otherwise mentioned herein) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who are members of Sephora’s Beauty Insider Program (no purchase is necessary to become a member of Sephora’s Beauty Insider Program). Sweepstakes is not open to employees, independent contractors, officers, directors, agents or representatives of Sponsors or of Sponsors’ parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and/or assigns, Sponsors’ advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and the immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son or spouse, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of any of the foregoing (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”).

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on July 16, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (”PT”) and ends August 6, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. PT. Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. PT on August 6, 2008.

How to enter:
Visit www.sephora.com/win/toofaced and complete an online entry form. Use of multiple email addresses by the same individual to enter is prohibited and such multiple entries shall be voided. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the identified email account was registered. All entries carry an equal chance of winning.

Limit :
Only one entry is allowed per person in this Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):
The grand prize consists of the following: a three night/four day trip for two people (grand prize winner and one guest chosen by grand prize winner who must be 18 years of age or older as of August 6, 2008) to the Turks & Caicos Islands. Grand prize includes hotel accommodations at The Regent Palms Turks & Caicos (standard garden view room, double occupancy, room and tax only), round trip economy class airfare from the nearest major U.S. airport to the grand prize winner’s home (grand prize winner and guest must travel to and from the same airport and have the same travel itinerary), ground transportation to and from the airport at destination, a 60-minute spa treatment for grand prize winner and guest at The Regent Spa (not to exceed $350 for both treatments), and a Too Faced® Island Escape Makeup Kit (approximate value $500) for the grand prize winner.
