President Cheese - The Ultimate Chef-Catered Grilling Party

Eligibility :
Legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older are eligible to participate, except employees, officers and directors of Lactalis USA Commercial, Inc., (”Président® Cheese,” or the “Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, independent sales distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, (and immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals). All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
 

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on June 15, 2008, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 31, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
There are two ways to enter: (1) Online. Visit the Président® Cheese “Ultimate Chef-Catered Grilling Party” Sweepstakes website during the Promotion Period at grillingparty.presidentcheese.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”), and follow the online prompts to enter your name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime and evening phone numbers and email address, and to submit your entry. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on July 31, 2008, or they will be void. (2) By Mail. Visit a participating retail location for an Official Entry Form. Complete the form by hand-printing your name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number and email address (if you have one) to: Président® Cheese “Ultimate Chef-Catered Grilling Party” Sweepstakes, 625 Panorama Trail, Bldg. 2, Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14625. All information requested must be provided. Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) entry per envelope. Each entry must be hand-printed, postmarked by July 31, 2008, and received by August 7, 2008.

Prize (s):
There is one (1) Grand Prize of an Ultimate Chef-Catered Grilling Party (the “Party”) for winner and up to twenty-five guests, and may include catering fees, food, beverages, catering supplies, entertainment and photography (of which the Sponsor will be assigned full usage rights). The Party must be completed within one year of winner notification. All Party reservations are based on availability, and must be booked at least 6-8 weeks in advance of intended Party date. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of $15,500.

First Prize: There is one (1) First Prize of a Weber® Summit® S-670™ Gas Grill, with an ARV of $2,500.

Grilling with the Stars Grill Giveaway 2008

Eligibility :
Entrants must be 18 years old as of May 23, 2008 and legal resident of the 50 U.S., D.C. or Canada, with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and the Province of Quebec, Canada and where prohibited by law.

Timing :
Rating capability will be open each week there is a Grilling with the Stars segment, starting May 23, 2008, from Friday (the day the segment airs) to Tuesday at 11:59pm EST each week. The last cooking segment will air on August 8th. The final rating date will be Tuesday August 12th 11:59pm EST.

How to Enter :
Enter by logging on to our Web site at: www.liveregisandkelly.com. There you will find instructions on how to enter your rating for each week’s “Grilling with the Stars” recipe as well as how you can enter your name into the drawing to win the grill. By successfully selecting the “enter the chance to win” option on the website you will automatically be entered into the Giveaway Sweepstakes. You can enter once each week by submitting a rating for each week’s recipe and then separately selecting the “enter for the chance to win” option. Registration is required to rate and vote. Rating submissions and entry submissions are separate.

Between May 5, 2008 and September 1, 2008

How to Enter :
Visit www.cattlemensbbqsauce.com anytime between May 5, 2008 and September 1, 2008, complete the online registration, and follow the directions to submit a “Genius” BBQ idea, recipe, tip, or trick. Entries must not exceed 400 words, and may be accompanied by a photo or a video. Any accompanying photo must be in .jpg or .gif format, and must not exceed 2MB in size. Any accompanying video may be uploaded as an .avi or .mov file, and must not exceed 3MB in size or 3 minutes in duration.

Limit :
Participants may enter as often as they wish.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a high-end BBQ grill valued at up to $2,000. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $2,000.
