Eligibility :
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“United States”) who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Hasbro, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Alcone Marketing Group (“Alcone”), and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and suppliers of promotion materials and services and any other entity engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, ”Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of the immediate family or household of such individuals are not eligible. “Immediate family” means spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses, whether or not residing in the same household.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/1/08 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on 10/31/08 (“Sweepstakes Period”)

How to enter:
Go to www.noodleboro.com during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes link or icon, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the on-line entry form. You will be given the opportunity to submit a “share a moment” story about your child. However, this is not be required to enter and will not affect your chances of winning.Internet access and a valid e-mail address are required for Sweepstakes entry.

Limit:
Limit of one entry per person, household or email address per day (12:00:01 A.M. ET – 11:59:59 P.M. ET).

Prize (s):

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the continental United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico) 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of the following entities and members of their families or households are not eligible for participation: Darden Restaurants, Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM (ET) May 26, 2008 and ends 11:50 PM (ET) August 24, 2008.

How to Enter :
There are two methods of sweepstakes entry:
(a) Go to www.bahamabreeze.com and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you have entered the “authorization code” located on your Bahama Breeze restaurant receipt and completed the full survey regarding your Bahama Breeze dining experience, you can enter the sweepstakes by entering your name, address, and phone number on the site. Upon submitting the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes;
(b) To enter by mail: Hand print (or type) your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, e-mail address (if any), and age on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper. Mail it in a hand-addressed envelope to “Bahama Breeze Summer 2008 Sweepstakes”, c/o 7469 Brokerage Drive, Orlando, FL 32809. Only one (1) entry per separately mailed envelope. All entries must be received by 11:50 PM on August 24, 2008.
