Eligibility :
Kraft Backyard Makeover Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Promotion begins on May 23, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on July 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, go to www.bhg.com/Kraftbackyard and fill out the registration form. Complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Limit :
Each participant may receive one (1) entry/play per day during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility :
The “Seagram’s Escapes Backyard Makeover” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older, except residents of California, Utah, Montana, Texas, and any other state where a promotion such as the Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by federal, state or local laws or regulations.

Timing :
Between May 12, 2008 and August 9, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

How to Enter :
To enter the Sweepstakes, pick up a Sweepstakes entry form at participating retailers (while supply lasts); download an entry form via our website at: www.highfalls.com or hand-print your name, address, email address, age and telephone number on a piece of paper.

Limit :
Only one (1) Sweepstakes entry per household will be accepted.

Prize (s):
A $20,000 (the “Prize Proceeds”) backyard makeover (the “Prize”). The Prize Proceeds must be used and applied towards costs incurred by the Sweepstakes winner in improving the Sweepstakes winner’s outdoor real property. The Prize Proceeds may be used: (i) for landscaping improvements; (ii) to purchase and install outdoor equipment (pools, spas, grills, etc.); (iii) to purchase and install outdoor structures (gazebos, sheds, fences, decks, etc.); and (iv) to purchase professional design and construction services associated with the Prize (all such uses, the “Permitted Prize Uses”).
