The Chick-fil-A Mascot Movers Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Chick-fil-A Mascot Movers Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 9/29/08.

Timing :
Between 1:00:00PM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 9/29/08 and 11:59:59PM ET on 12/6/08

How to enter:
Visit www.ESPN.com between 1:00:00PM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 9/29/08 and 11:59:59PM ET on 12/6/08 (”Sweepstakes Period”), search for keyword “Chick-fil-A,” (and any variations in the spelling of this word) and follow the instructions provided to answer up to three (3) College Football themed questions (Weekly Poll Question, Mascot Mover Question, or Game Day Pick Question) to receive one (1) entry total for any question answered. Answering any question correctly is not required for entry in the Sweepstakes and does not increase entrant’s chance of winning. For the purpose of the Sweepstakes, each week will begin on a Tuesday at 10:00:00AM ET and conclude on the following Saturday at 11:59:59PM ET, with the exception of the first week, which will begin on a Monday (9/29/08 at 1:00:00PM ET).

Limit:
There is a limit of one (1) entry in the prize drawing per person, per mailing address, and per valid e-mail address per week for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):
Ten (10) Weekly Prizes, each consisting of a trip for winner plus one (1) guest to the 2008 Chick-fil-A Bowl in Atlanta, Georgia, tentatively scheduled for December 31, 2008. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to Atlanta, Georgia, two (2) nights (standard, double-occupancy) hotel accommodations, ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/ Chick-fil-A Bowl, (2) tickets to the Chick-fil-A MVP Tailgate Party, (2) tickets to the Chick-fil-A Fan Fest, tour of the ESPN Production Compound and admission for winner and one (1) guest to the 2008 Chick-fil-A Bowl Game. In addition, each winner will receive free Chick-fil-A food for one (1) year (consisting of fifty-two (52) coupons, each valid for one (1) Chick-fil-A Combo Meal, redeemable at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants) Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of each prize is $2,183.

The A Taste of Paradise Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who are: legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 18 or older. Employees of American Express Publishing Corporation (the “Sponsor”), OSI Restaurant Partners and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors (“collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing :
To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, all entries must be received between 12:01 AM, Eastern Standard Time (”EST”) on March 21, 2008 and 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

All entries and requests become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual will be disqualified. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Prize (s):
