Best Buy - Meet 3-Time Gold Medalist Jackie Joyner-Kersee in NYC Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Open only to permanent legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of July 20, 2008. Entrants must have either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number. Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii and residents of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Timing :
The Best Buy “Olympic Games” Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) begins on July 20, 2008, at 12:00:01 A.M. and ends on August 1, 2008, at 11:59:59 P.M. (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes.

To enter via Text Message: If you have a text messaging wireless device with a participating wireless service provider, you may enter by text messaging one (1) of the following keywords: NYC, EVENT, ENTRY, SWEEPSTAKES, WIN, or BEST BUY to BBUY1 (or 22891) for one (1) entry submission into the Sweepstakes (”Text Message Entry”). Text Message Entry is designed to work with most of the major wireless carriers in the United States, but Sponsor make no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate in the Sweepstakes. Standard text messaging rates apply to each text message sent or received, including error messages. You will be charged for each text message sent or received according the terms of the service agreement with your wireless carrier. Proof of text message sent does not constitute proof of receipt. Do not send or read text messages while operating a motor vehicle.

To enter online: Access the Sweepstakes website at www.bestbuynycsweeps.com (”Web Site”) and click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link. Complete and thereafter submit the entry form, including your valid first and last name, complete address (including zip code), daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and e-mail address (collectively, “Entry Information”) (”Online Entry”). Text Message Entries and Online Entries (collectively, “Entries”) must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on August 1, 2008 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. All Entries become the property of Best Buy Stores, L.P., 7601 Penn Avenue South, Richfield, MN 55423 (”Sponsor”).

Limit :
Limit one (1) Entry per person, and/or per email address, and/or per text messaging wireless device per day.
Limit thirteen (13) total Entries per person, and/or per email address, and/or per text messaging wireless device for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (”Grand Prize”) awarded, consisting of the following: one (1) trip (”Trip”) to New York, New York, for winner (Grand Prize Winner”) and his/her guest (”Guest”). Trip includes coach-class air travel from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near New York (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (”NY Airport”); standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (”Hotel”); a meet and greet with Jackie Joyner-Kersee (or other athlete, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (”Meet and Greet”); ground transportation between NY Airport and Hotel; ground transportation between Hotel and Meet and Greet; and a $500 Best Buy Gift Card. The Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of the Grand Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000).

First Prizes: There will be two (2) first prizes (”First Prizes”) awarded, each consisting of a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) Best Buy Gift Card. The ARV of each First Prize is two hundred and fifty dollars ($250).

Second Prizes: There will be thirty (30) second prizes (”Second Prizes”) awarded, each consisting of a fifty dollar ($50) Best Buy Gift Card. The ARV of each Second Prize is fifty dollars ($50).

adidas for Kids! Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
adidas for Kids! (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eight (8) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of adidas Promotional Retail Operations, Inc., Carat, Inc. and “its corporate affiliates”, ePrize, LLC, and their respective related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Any entry information provided by children under the age of thirteen (13) will be used solely for the purposes of the Sweepstakes and will be destroyed immediately after its conclusion in accordance with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”), and ends on December 1, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, the first time you visit http://adidas.eprize.net/kids, follow the links and instructions for entry. If you are thirteen (13) years of age or older, completely fill out the registration form. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, you will be required only to enter your first name, email address and a parent/legal guardian’s email address. Your registration will be accepted and approved only in compliance with COPPA. There are two (2) methods of entry for each subsequent visit:

1. Exercise: During the Promotion Period, upon login, indicate when prompted that you have exercised four (4) sessions of fifteen (15) minutes (for a total of one (1) hour of exercise) to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
2. Alternate Method of Entry Without Exercise: During the Promotion Period, upon login, if you have not exercised, click where indicated and follow the links and instructions for entry.

Limit :
Participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period by any method or combination of methods.

Prize (s):

Ten (10) Third Prizes: An adidas training video. Winner may choose between a baseball, football, soccer, golf or tennis video. ARV: $20.
