Eligibility :
In order to enter the Sweepstakes or be awarded any prize, you must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and, at the time of your entry, you must also be an adult (generally 18, but not in all States). Employees and directors of the Sponsor or any of its agents, including promotional and advertising agencies, or of any parent, subsidiary, affiliated company, agent, contractor or representative of any of these entities, members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes or be awarded any prize.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on August 7, 2008. Each time you purchase and register (registration only required for Qualifying Products purchased at participating retail merchants) a Qualifying Product any time between August 7, 2008 and December 1, 2008 (registration for applicable Qualifying Products must be complete by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 1, 2008), you will automatically be entered in the Sweepstakes.

How to enter:
To enter without making a purchase, you may enter by hand printing your name, date of birth (month, day and year), complete mailing address including city, state and zip code (no PO Boxes), email address (optional), and at least one daytime phone number (including area code) where we may contact you, on a 3 x 5 card and mailing it, proper postage prepaid (postage-due mail entries will not be accepted), to Sony Open Hawaiian Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 11029, Burbank, CA 91510. Incomplete mail in entries will be disqualified without notice. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning and the odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Mail in entries must be received on or before December 5, 2008 to be eligible to participate or be awarded any prize.

Limit:
Limit one (1) game play per person, per e-mail address per day, subject to the “Limited Second Chance Drawing” as described below.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize having an approximate retail value (”ARV”) of US$10,000 will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of round trip coach-economy class air transportation for the winner and one (1) travel companion designated by the winner, from the major commercial airport gateway serviced by the Sponsor’s selected air carrier reasonably near the Grand Prize winner’s residence to Honolulu, Hawaii, to attend the 2009 Sony Open golf tournament, except that residents of Hawaii, are not eligible to receive the air transportation portion of the Grand Prize award. Transportation to and from their respective residences to and from that gateway airport, is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion. The Grand Prize award also includes standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa in Honolulu for six (6) nights, three thousand dollars (US$3,000) in spending cash, two (2) weekly passes to the 2009 Sony^® Open in Hawaii, two (2) tickets to a Pro-Am awards dinner with performance by a Sony BMG artist, two (2) tickets to an advance screening of a Sony Pictures Entertainment movie, the opportunity (subject to player availability and PGA or other restrictions that may apply) for the Grand Prize winner to play one (1) round of golf with a PGA Tour player in the Hawaii Satellite Pro-Am segment of the Sony Open (player to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and ground transfers to and from the airport in Hawaii, as well as to and from the hotel to the Sony Open golf tournament.

Two Hundred (200) First Prizes: Two hundred (200) First Prizes, each having an ARV of one hundred dollars (US$100), will be awarded. Each First Prize is a Sony 2-GB Walkman Video Player and the total or ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is twenty thousand dollars (US$20,000). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any or all First Prize award winners.

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age and older, except employees, representatives or agents of Bare Escentuals, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, and their respective advertising agencies, public relations agencies and family members with whom those employees, representatives or agents reside. This sweepstakes is subject to all Federal, State and Municipal laws and regulations. All sweepstakes are void where prohibited or restricted, and no entries will be accepted from such jurisdictions. Bare Escentuals reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the contest should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes.

Timing :
Entries will be accepted from 6:01 p.m. EDT on July 31, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per person. The prize drawing will be held based on number of sweepstakes entries through August 31, 2008 (logins and registrations plus eligible mail-in entries). Bare Escentuals reserves the right to end this and all other sweepstakes activities at any time.

No purchase is necessary to enter. One (1) entry per person. Total value of the prizes varies based on airfare, but is less than $5,000.
