Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, plus the District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of September 26, 2008. Employees of Walgreen Co., retail locations, (hereinafter “Online Registrar”), The Dial Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”), Henkel Corporation and the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the NBA Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. (collectively “NBA Entities”), their employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (and their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife), and persons living in the households of each, or parent companies, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, design, web design, web hosting, law firms and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes are prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on September 26, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on October 25, 2008, (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
Online: Visit www.walgreens.com/rightguard during the Sweepstakes Period. If you are a first-time visitor to the Walgreens.com web site, you must first register as a Walgreens.com web site user by selecting the “Register now” link on the sweepstakes page. If you are already a Walgreens.com web site user registered on Walgreens.com, select the “Log in now” link. After you have registered and/or logged in as a Walgreens.com web site user, you must complete and submit the official sweepstakes entry form as directed. Online entries must be received and recorded by 11:59:59 PM CT on October 25, 2008.

Mail-In: Complete official entry form available in the October issue of the EasySaver Catalog or hand print on a 3”x 5” plain piece of paper your name, complete mailing address, phone number and date of birth. Mail your entry in an envelope (no larger than #10 business size) with proper postage and postmarked by October 25, 2008, and received by October 31, 2008 to:

Limit:
Limit one (1) online entry per name and per e-mail address per each consecutive twenty-four (24) hour period for this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize trip for two (2) to NBA All-Star 2009 on 2/13/09 through 2/15/09 (the NBA Rookie Challenge on Friday night, NBA All-Star Saturday Night and the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday night) in Phoenix, AZ. Trip consists of: two (2) tickets (winner plus one guest) to an exclusive instructional Fantasy Camp* lead by NBA legends and current players, roundtrip, coach class air travel for two (2) from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Phoenix AZ; three (3) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one room; double occupancy); meal allowance of $600, rental car, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, for length of stay (eligible drivers only; excludes: gas, insurance, collision damage waiver, tolls, parking fees and is subject to car rental terms and conditions).

2008 Jeter’s Ford Challenge

Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the States of Connecticut, New York and New Jersey who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (”Entrant”). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of Ford Motor Company (”Sponsor”), Tri-State Quality Ford Dealers Association, Inc., J. Walter Thompson U.S.A., Inc, Exposure Marketing, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, and US Territories (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

Timing :
The 2008 Jeter’s Ford Challenge (”Promotion”) consists of an Instant Win Game (”Game”) and begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 6/2/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 7/15/08 (”Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
