Eligibility :
This sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 13 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members, and employees of the Sponsor, Tradewinds Resort, AirTran Airways, the judging organization (if applicable), or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.

Timing :
Promotion begins June 27, 2008 5:00 PM E.S.T. and ends August 1, 2008 5:00 PM E.S.T. (“Promotion Period”). 

How to enter:
Visit http://www.parade.com/sun during the Promotion Period, complete online entry form and submit it as instructed or, print your name, address and phone number on a 3 1/2″ x 5″ to 4 1/4″ x 6″ postcard and mail it to: PARADE Magazine, c/o Soak in the Sun Sweepstakes - Entry, 711 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10017. All entrant information, including e-mail addresses, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy of the applicable Sponsor. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize (s):
There will be one (1) winner. The prize is (i) round-trip coach airfare for four (4) from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s primary residence serviced by AirTran Airways to Bradenton, Florida, (ii) one two-bedroom hotel unit for three (3) nights at Tradewinds Resort in Florida’s Gulf Islands, (iii) one (1) meal for four (4) at the ‘BeachHouse’ and ‘SandBar’ Restaurants (up to $75 at each location) and (iv) one (1) day passes for four (4) people to the South Florida Museum in Bradenton.

This contest is only open to legal residents of the U.S., in the 50 states and Washington D.C., and Canada (except the province of Quebec) who are 18 years of age and older. Void in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. Employees of the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, their affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and any other entity directly associated with this contest (and the immediate family members) are not eligible to participate. This offer is subject to all federal, state, and local U.S. and Canadian laws.

Timing :
All entries must be received by October 31, 2008, the official end date of the contest.

Prize (s):
One grand prize trip will be awarded. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation, provided by AirTran Airways, from a major airport nearest the winner’s residence for 4 people (the winner and up to three additional individuals designated in writing by winner) who must travel together to Orlando. Travel must begin/end with the same major US airport, with the same service. Stopovers, open jaws, circle trips or frequent traveler mileages are not permitted. Once passengers are ticketed, an airline change fee must be paid by the winner to change flights or dates of travel. Full size rental car from Dollar Rent A Car will be provided for five (5) days; driver must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license and credit card (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company) and will be responsible for any associated additional costs (including supplemental insurance, gas, taxes, etc). Accommodations will be provided by the Sheraton Safari Hotel & Suites for four (4) nights (one room for up to four people) based on availability at time of booking. The winner will also receive four (4) admission tickets to each of the following: Wet ‘n Wild Orlando, SkyVenture Orlando, and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Entire trip must be completed by September 30, 2009. All reservations are based on availability and must be booked at least 30 days in advance of travel date. No trips may be taken during the blackout periods specified by the aforementioned prize package partners.
