3M - Thinsulate Insulation 30th Anniversary Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of 3M (”Sponsor”), Spyder, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and franchisees, advertising, and promotional agencies, and each of such employee’s immediate family members (persons with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate. All entrants must have a valid email address, mailing address, and phone number. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor may require proof to its satisfaction of entrant’s registered subscriber status. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot, or sweepstakes service) and facsimiles are not allowed. Void where prohibited. Timing :
The Thinsulate™ Insulation “30th Anniversary” Sweepstakes (”Promotion”) starts at 12:00:01 AM EST on September 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 31, 2008 EST (”Promotional Period”).

How to enter:
You may enter the Promotion by accessing the Sponsor’s Internet Web site at: www.Thinsulate30Anniversary.com (”Web site”) and following the instructions for entry. To enter your name in the Promotion, completely fill out the registration information form as requested and click the submit button. After you submit your information, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Only one automatic entry per person is permitted. Before registration can be accepted, understanding and acceptance of the Official Rules must be acknowledged by each entrant by clicking on the “I have read and agree to the game’s official rules” check box. Additional entries can be earned by referring your friends. Your friend must enter the sweepstakes using the same email address you used to refer them in order to earn the entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand prize package consisting of a 3-day, 2 night trip for the winner and guest to Beaver Creek, Colorado to see the Birds of Prey, World Cup Ski Race slated for December 4-7, 2008. Included are airfare (must originate in the United States), hotel and two (2) VIP credentials which are non-transferable passes good for skiing at Vail/Beaver Creek ski resorts as well as access to the VIP hospitality area. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $2500.

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 21 or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, directors, officers and agents of 3M; their respective subsidiary companies, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) or households of any of the above are not eligible for the sweepstakes.

Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on 9/25/08.

How to Enter :
