Eligibility :
Travel the World on Us! (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of AT&T Operations, Inc., and ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”).
Timing :
The Promotion begins on July 9, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, go to http://att.eprize.net/traveltheworld (the “Website”) and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the directions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game. Additional Sweepstakes entries may be earned by engaging in one or all of the following:
a. Create an online AT&T account: During the Promotion Period, visit www.att.com and follow the onscreen instructions to create an online AT&T account. Once you successfully complete the online account creation process you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that month and for every month following during the Promotion Period. If you already have an online AT&T account prior to registering for the Promotion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: Each person may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per month through this method, for up to a total of six (6) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
b. Use AT&T eBill: During the Promotion Period, visit www.att.com and follow the onscreen instructions to use AT&T eBill. Once you successfully complete the eBill process you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that month and for every month following during the Promotion Period. If you already use AT&T eBill prior to registering for the Promotion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: Each person may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per month through this method, for up to a total of six (6) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
c. Use AT&T Automatic Payments: During the Promotion Period, visit www.att.com and follow the onscreen instructions to use AT&T Automatic Payments. Once you successfully complete the Automatic Payments process you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that month and for every month following during the Promotion Period. If you already use AT&T Automatic Payments prior to registering for the Promotion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: Each person may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per month through this method, for up to a total of six (6) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
d. Enter for Free by Mail: To enter without engaging in any of the above actions, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and age on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to: “Travel the World on Us!,” c/o ePrize, LLC, P.O. Box 1825, Grand Rapids, MI 49501-1825. You will earn three (3) entries into the Sweepstakes per 3″ x 5″ piece of paper. Limit: One (1) 3″ x 5″ piece of paper per envelope. Up to six (6) 3″ x 5″ pieces of paper will be accepted per entrant during the Promotion Period, for up to a total of eighteen (18) additional Sweepstakes entries.
Limit :
Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day through the Website and receive up to eighteen (18) bonus entries (3 per month), regardless of method or methods of entry, during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $25,000 that winner can use toward traveling around the world. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
