Aflac Racing’s Fun in the Miami Sun Promotions

Eligibility :
Promotion open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, CS&E, SHRM Conference, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, members and agents and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. Income or other taxes on any prizes awarded are the responsibility of the winner.
Timing :
This promotion begins at 9:00 am (ET) on Friday, June 20, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 (“Entry Period”).

How to enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter this promotion: (i) Online method: You may enter into the promotion during the Entry Period by going to www.AflacRacing.com and following the instructions to submit online entries which include entering your name, contact phone number and email address. (ii) On-site method: During the Entry Period, you may enter via an official entry form located at the Aflac booth on-site at the Society of Human Resources Management Conference (“SHRM Conference”), Sunday, June 22, 2008 – Tuesday, June 24, 2008 in Chicago, Illinois and deposit in the receptacle provided. Your entry is deemed submitted upon receipt of your online or on-site submission.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive (i) Two (2) tickets to an auto racing event in Miami, Florida; (ii) round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport near the winner’s home to a major commercial airport near Miami, Florida (specific location to be determined by Sponsor based on availability); (iii) 3-day, 2-night hotel accommodations (double occupancy) from Saturday, November 15, 2008 to Monday, November 17, 2008; and (iv) a $750 travel stipend.
