Eligibility :
The WIN A SIGNED EPIPHONE GUITAR FROM WYNONNA AND A&E’S PRIVATE SESSIONS (this “Promotion”) is open only to individual persons (each, an “Entrant”) who are legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”) and are 13 years or older as of the beginning of the Promotion Period (as defined below).

Timing :
This Promotion begins at 12:00 P.M. noon on March 13, 2009 Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 12:00 P.M. noon ET on April 10, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
To enter this Promotion, go to the www.aetv.com/private-sessions/wynonna (the “Promotion Website”), complete the online entry form including naming two Songs performed by Wynonna on the March 15, 2009 telecast of A&E’s Private Sessions and click “submit” (“Entries”).

Limit:
Limit one entry, per person, per e-mail address, per household, and per day.

Prize (s):

AETN will award one (1) Epiphone guitar with gigbag (the “Prize”) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Six Hundred Twenty-One Dollars ($621);

    I HAVE BEEN ENTERING THE CONTEST TO TRY AND WIN THE WYNONNA EPIPHONE GUITAR SINCE I SAW THE PROGRAM ON PRIVATE SESSIONS.WHENEVER I TRIED TO GET THE OFFICIAL RULES TO COME UP ON THE LINK LISTED IT WOULDN’T COME UP FOR ME, UNTIL TODAY WHEN THE PAGE TO ENTER WAS CHANGED AND INCLUDES RULES. IN THE MEANTIME MY DAUGHTER HAS ALSO BEEN ENTERING TO TRY AND WIN IT FOR ME, SHE OBVIOUSLY HAS A DIFFERENT E-MAIL ADDRESS AND NAME BUT USES OUR HOME ADDRESS, WILL THIS MEAN THAT WE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE?   2. I am a legal U.S. citazen but I am in canada at this present time working. I would love this guitar just to help me to keep on writing. I have a real s…t. instrament if I had something that sounded as nice as a epiphone I could make the world a happier place to live. My first song I would sell would be to Wynonna I promise.
