2008 Mac & Cheese-A-Palooza Instant Win Game Rules
Eligibility :
Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 6 to 14 years of age as of June 30, 2008, except for children of employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Judges, their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
Timing :
The Promotion begins on June 25, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 29, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
A) Beginning June 30, 2008 through September 2, 2008, log on to www.thecheesiest.com, click on the Mac & Cheese-A-Palooza game icon and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need to enter a UPC code found on any specially-marked package of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. If you receive a winning message, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize. Prizes subject to verification. If you have not already won a First, Second, and Third Prize, you may return to www.thecheesiest.com to play again; however, limit of one game play per day per login/password or person. Sponsor reserves the right to void any game play made through any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method and to disqualify any individual who has used such a method. OR B) To play by mail, hand print, on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, date-of-birth, and your parent’s/legal guardian’s name and mail to: Mac & Cheese-A-Palooza Game, P.O. Box 330, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Mail-in requests must be received by September 2, 2008. Limit one entry per envelope. On the day an eligible mail-in request is received, a designated representative of Promotions.com LLC, an independent judging agency (“Judges”) will play one (1) Instant Win Game play on behalf of the applicable request. Only potential winners will be notified by regular mail.

Six (6) Grand Prizes: 3 day/2 night trip for four (winner and three guests) to Los Angeles, CA to see the Mac & Cheese-A-Palooza Concert featuring Jordan Pruitt on sponsor specified date in 2008. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air travel for four from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy); 4 tickets to see the Mac & Cheese-A-Palooza Concert featuring Jordan Pruitt at sponsor designated venue on a sponsor specified date in 2008; meet and greet with Jordan Pruitt (subject to availability); roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel; roundtrip limousine transfers between hotel/concert; and $1,500 in spending money. Approximate retail value (ARV): $6,000.
One thousand (1,000) First Prizes: $20 Music Cash Certificate. ARV: $20.
Two thousand (2,000) Second Prizes: Jordan Pruitt’s new CD to be released in Summer 2008. ARV: $20.
Fifty thousand (50,000) Third Prizes: a Jordan Pruitt song download. ARV: $1.
Total ARV of all prizes :
$146,000
