How To Enter : Go to www.100kUnit.com (the “Website”); (b) follow the instructions to complete the registration form

Eligibility : The $100K Unit Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited.

Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 29, 2011 and ends at 9:59:59 PM ET on July 29, 2011 (“Entry Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person for each type of Website Entry (Unit One, Unit Two and Unit Three), or up to three (3) Mail-In Entries per person, if Mail-In Entries are substituted for Website Entries, for a maximum total of three (3) Entries per person throughout the Entry Period.

Prize (s) :

All three (3) Finalists will receive: travel to New York City, New York consisting of three (3) days and two (2) nights to participate in the Event on a date selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion between August 22-26, 2011 (“Trip”). Each Finalist may be accompanied by one (1) travel companion. Trip includes roundtrip coach airfare to and from a major gateway airport nearest Finalist’s home city and standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, ground transportation to and from the airport/hotel and the Event/hotel in New York City and a per diem of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for two (2) days. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Trip: Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). Actual retail value will depend on Finalist’s place of residence and air flight fluctuations. Finalists will not receive difference between approximate and actual retail value. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner in the form of a check in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00). Two (2) First Prizes will be awarded to the First Prize winners in the form of a check in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
