Eligibility : Wendy’s Twisted Frosty Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of July 27, 2009

Promotion Period : Wendy’s Twisted Frosty Promotion begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (”ET”) on July 27, 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on August 30, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : Log on to www.Frosty.com and follow the on-screen instructions to play.

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) game play/sweepstakes entry per email address and per person per day for the duration of the Promotion Period.
