Eligibility : Total Cereal Healthy and Wealthy Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Total Cereal Healthy and Wealthy Sweepstakes begins on January 28, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day up to a maximum of twenty (20) times during the Promotion Period, by any method or combination of methods of entry.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A prize package consisting of a $10,000 check in winner’s name, a trip for two (2) to a city (determined by Sponsor) in the fifty (50) United States to meet Suze Orman to create a Personal Action Plan, and a one year supply of Total Cereal awarded in the form of twelve (12) coupons each redeemable for one (1) free box of Total Cereal. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a city (determined by Sponsor); three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a one (1) hour meet and greet with Suze Orman to create a Personal Action Plan; ground transportation; and $500 in spending money.
