Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : The Suits Recruits Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on June 11, 2012 at 12:00:01 PM (noon) ET and end on August 23, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person or email address during Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of Entry.
Prize (s) :
There will be two (2) prizes awarded (each a “Prize”) to Winners, one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of the following: fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) awarded as a lump sum payment in the form of a check made payable to Winner or in another form subject to Sponsors sole discretion. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
Total ARV of all prizes : $100,000
