Eligibility : Stein Mart $25,000 Holiday Cash Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Stein Mart $25,000 Holiday Cash Giveaway begins on December 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://steinmart.promo.eprize.com/payout and complete and submit the online entry form

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day by any method or combination of methods of entry during the Promotion Period

TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: $250 Stein Mart Panache Gift Card. ARV: $250.
