How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must logon to play.feelalive.com (“Website”) and enter his/her valid e-mail address. If it is the entrant’s first visit to the Website, then he/she must complete and submit the registration form by providing the information requested by Sponsor including, but not limited to: complete first and last name (initials are not permitted), street address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), city, state, ZIP Code, date of birth, and phone number. The entrant will be directed to play an instant win game (“Game Play”). After completing a Game Play, the entrant will receive notification on the Website screen as to whether he/she is a potential instant winner (“Instant Win Notification”).
