Eligibility : Picture Perfect ComPETition and the National Pet Month Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) are open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older if a resident of AL or NE) and who own at least one dog or cat. Open to amateur photographers or videographers only; individuals who earn their primary income as a photographer/videographer are not eligible.
