Eligibility : The Piccolini Smiles Photo Contest is open to individuals who are (i) a legal resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, and (ii) 18 years of age or older on or before April 27, 2009
Promotion Period : The Piccolini Smiles Photo Contest (“Contest“) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 28, 2009
How To Enter : Complete an Official Entry Form and Contest Agreement available at www.piccolinismiles.com during the Contest Period.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $25,000.00 check to be applied against his/her tuition or that of his/her child
Ten (10) First Prize Winners will each receive a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) check to be applied against his/her tuition or that of his/her child; and
One hundred (100) Second Prize Winners will each receive a digital picture frame to be selected by Sponsors (Approximate Retail Value of 1 Second Prize $80.00)

The editorial made the contest sound as if it is for cute LITTLE KIDS, but the rules state the kid must be 18 or over!
