I just bought the premier suite landscaping software, and thank god it has 90-days money back guarantee. its very difficult to operate, maybe im just dumb. Next problem is getting ahold of novadevelopment to return the darned thing. they wont respond to any of my emails, the phone system there is hooked up so you can never actually get to a person. then they want you to ‘just mail it back with your receipt’ but wont give any reference number or anything so all you have is your word against theirs and ‘hope’ you get refunded. theres a site on Amazon Customer Dicussions on Beware of rebates from Novadevelpment!!!! You’ll never get the rebate!! haha jokes on us!! My suggestion is dont buy it unless you know 100% for sure youre going to be able to use it.
