Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (”U.S.”) residing in a household where there is a related child between the ages of 3 and 10 years of age living in the household on the date of Sweepstakes entry.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 10:00am, ET on February 15, 2008 and ends at 9:59am, ET on November 30, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
Sweepstakes may be accessed at www.MYLITTLEPONY.com or at select other Hasbro, Inc. websites. Clicking on the “MY LITTLE PONY 25th Birthday Sweepstakes” icon on the participating website will re-direct you to a specific URL address to access the Sweepstakes. At the Sweepstakes site, you will be required to provide certain registration information in order to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit :
Limit one (1) entry for each child between the ages of 3 and 10 living in the entrant’s household.

Prize(s) :
Ten (10) Grand Prize Packages will be offered. Each Grand Prize Package consists of: one (1) Series EE US Savings Bond which will be worth $25,000 upon bond maturity date (worth $12,500 on prize award date) and; a collection of MY LITTLE PONY retail products (exact product selection to be determined by Sponsor) with an approximate retail value of $250. Maturity period for the Series EE Savings Bond will depend upon the market-based interest rate at time of bond purchase. Total approximate retail value of each Grand Prize Package is $12,750 (based on present value of Savings Bond) and $25,250 (based on value of Savings Bond upon maturity).

Two-Hundred Fifty (250) First Prize Packages Each First Prize Package consists of a MY LITTLE PONY Party In A Box, which includes: A collection of Hasbro MY LITTLE PONY retail products as well as MY LITTLE PONY licensed merchandise and party supplies. Approximate retail value of each First Prize is $500.

$252,500
