MTV’s The Phone Facebook Contest

Eligibility :
The MTV’s The Phone Facebook Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are registered members of www.facebook.com (the “Facebook Website”). Registration on the Facebook Website is free. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age or older at time of entry.

Timing :
The MTV’s The Phone Facebook Contest commences at 11:00:01 PM ET on April 9, 2009 and ends at 10:59:59 PM ET on May 26, 2009 (the “Contest Period”).

How to enter:
Visit www.facebook.com/pages/thephone, a website owned and operated by Facebook (the “Website”), and become a fan of MTVN’s “The Phone” page on the Website by clicking on “Become a Fan”, enter your phone number and submit the form as instructed.

Prize (s):

(a) Episode 1 Prizes:

• • 1. Grand Prize: The one (1) Episode 1 Grand Prize Winner will receive USD $5,000.00 in cash (the “Episode 1 Grand Prize“).
    2. First Place Prizes: Each of the two hundred fifty (250) Episode 1 First Place Winners will receive USD $25.00 in cash (the “Episode 1 First Place Prize(s)“). The total approximate retail value (“ARV“) of all Episode 1 First Place Prizes is $6,250.00.

(b) Episode 2 Prizes:

• • 1. Grand Prize: The one (1) Episode 2 Grand Prize Winner will receive USD $5,000.00 in cash (the “Episode 2 Grand Prize“).
    2. First Place Prizes: Each of the one hundred (100) Episode 2 First Place Winners will receive USD $25.00 in cash (the “Episode 2 First Place Prize(s)“). The ARV of all Episode 2 First Place Prizes is $2,500.00.

(c) Episode 3 Prizes:

• • 1. Grand Prize: The one (1) Episode 3 Grand Prize Winner will receive USD $5,000.00 in cash (the “Episode 3 Grand Prize“).
    2. First Place Prizes: Each of the fifty (50) Episode 3 First Place Winners will receive USD $25.00 in cash (the “Episode 3 First Place Prize(s)“). The ARV of all Episode 3 First Place Prizes is $1,250.00.

(d) Episode 4 Prizes:

• • 1. Grand Prize: The one (1) Episode 4 Grand Prize Winner will receive USD $5,000.00 in cash (the “Episode 4 Grand Prize“).
    2. First Place Prizes: Each of the fifty (50) Episode 4 First Place Winners will receive USD $25.00 in cash (the “Episode 4 First Place Prize(s)“). The ARV of all Episode 4 First Place Prizes is $1,250.00.

(e) Episode 5 Prizes:

• • 1. Grand Prize: The one (1) Episode 5 Grand Prize Winner will receive USD $5,000.00 in cash (the “Episode 5 Grand Prize“).
    2. First Place Prizes: Each of the fifty (50) Episode 5 First Place Winners will receive USD $25.00 in cash (the “Episode 5 First Place Prize(s)“). The ARV of all Episode 5 First Place Prizes is $1,250.00.

(f) Episode 6 Prize:

• • 1. Grand Prize: The one (1) Episode 6 Grand Prize Winner will receive USD $5,000.00 in cash (the “Episode 6 Grand Prize” and, collectively with the Episode 1 Grand Prize, Episode 1 First Place Prizes, Episode 2 Grand Prize, Episode 2 First Place Prizes, Episode 3 Grand Prize, Episode 3 First Place Prizes, Episode 4 Grand Prize, Episode 4 First Place Prizes, Episode 5 Grand Prize, Episode 5 First Place Prizes, the “Prizes“).

$42,500
