Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the United States (including Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions), age 13 or older as of 6/16/08 except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

Timing :
SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:01 AM (ET) ON 6/16/08 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 8/17/08.

How to Enter :
Complete official registration form available at www.minischallenge.com, enter your UPC Code, then follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 8/17/08. Each entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the e-mail address from which the entry originated.

Limit :
One (1) entry per e-mail address per day. If more than one entry per e-mail address per day is submitted, only the first such entry will be eligible.
Prize (s):
A $100,000 scholarship, paid in the form of a 10-year annuity without interest, which may be used for education-related expenses or any other purpose selected by winner. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $100,000.

Twenty-four (24) First Prizes: A $2,500 scholarship, paid in the form of a check made payable to winner, which may be used for education-related expenses or any other purpose selected by winner. ARV: $2,500 each.
