Lifetime 2009 Nora Roberts Collection Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Lifetime 2009 Nora Roberts Collection Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and D.C., who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Timing :
The Lifetime 2009 Nora Roberts Collection Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 3:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 16, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 15, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
The Sweepstakes consists of four (4) separate non-connected individual weekly sweepstakes (“Weekly Sweepstakes”) and one grand prize sweepstakes (“Grand Prize Sweepstakes”). Each Weekly Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET during the Sweepstakes Period on a Sunday and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET the following Saturday (with the exception of the first Weekly Sweepstakes which starts at 3:01 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2009 and the last Weekly Sweepstakes which ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 15, 2009).

How to enter:
To enter this Sweepstakes, participants must first visit the Sweepstakes Web Site located at http://www.mylifetime.com (“Web Site”); click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link which will open the Sweepstakes landing and registration page (“Sweepstakes Home Page”), then complete and “Submit” the registration form. Information required on the registration form consists of participant’s first and last name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, valid U.S. email address and date of birth. Once the Registration Form is submitted, participant will receive one (1) entry into that applicable Weekly Sweepstakes as well as one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes (“Registration Entry”). Participant will also be presented the opportunity to obtain one (1) bonus entry into the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes and one (1) bonus entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes per each of the following actions/per day: a) vote for a selection related to the video presented (“Vote Bonus Entry”); b) answer up to three (3) simple survey questions (“Survey Bonus Entry”); and/or opt-in to receive Lifetime’s On-TV Newsletter (“Opt-In Bonus Entry”). For one (1) additional bonus entry per week, participant can refer up to two (2) friends per week (“Referral Bonus Entry”). To obtain a bonus entry without referring a friend (“Alternate Referral Bonus Entry”) or opting in to the newsletter (“Alternate Opt-In Bonus Entry”) click on the applicable alternate bonus entry link on the “Thank You Page.”

Limit:
Limit one (1) Registration Entry / Vote Bonus Entry / Survey Bonus Entry/ Opt-In Bonus Entry OR Alternate Opt-In Bonus Entry per person/email address per day and limit up to two (2) Referral Bonus Entries OR Alternate Referral Bonus Entries per person/email address per week.

Prize (s):

Four (4) Weekly Prizes (one (1) prize per Weekly Sweepstakes): Each Weekly Prize winner will receive a cash prize of five hundred dollars ($500) awarded in the form of check made out to the name of the Weekly Prize winner and a collection of four (4) autographed Nora Roberts books titled Tribute, High Noon, Midnight Bayou and Northern Lights. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize: $540 (“Weekly Prize”).

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a cash prize of $1,000 (one-thousand dollars) awarded in the form of check made out to the name of the Grand Prize winner and a collection of five (5) autographed Nora Roberts books titled Tribute, High Noon, Midnight Bayou, Northern Lights and Vision in White. ARV of Grand Prize: $1550 (“Grand Prize”).

All email requests must be received not later than two (2) months after the stated end date of the Sweepstakes Period. The Official Rules will be available on the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period. Name of winner(s) may also be posted on the Web Site.
