HTC Fuze Connect, Communicate, Cash In Promotion

Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Timing :
HTC Fuze Connect, Communicate, Cash In Promotion begins on 12/15/08 at 12:00:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on 4/05/09 at 11:59:59 pm PT (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
To enter online, log on to www.howifuze.com (“Web Site”) during the Promotion Period. Follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online registration form. Registration is free. For your registration to be valid, you must complete all required information and click on the “Submit” button on the registration page. Once you have registered on the Web Site you need not register again each time you visit the Web Site. You need only enter your e-mail address that you previously registered with when prompted. Once registered, you will be given the opportunity to play the online Instant Win Game (“Instant Win Game”). You will be instantly notified whether you have won a prize in the online Instant Win Game (see section five below for the prize description), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Automated means of entry and/or game play and entries and/or game plays by any means which subvert the entry and/or game play process are prohibited and all such entries and/or game plays will be void. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Whether or not you are an instant prize winner, you will receive one (1) entry into the random prize drawing (the “Sweepstakes Drawing”) for a chance to win one of the Sweepstakes Drawing prizes each time you play the Instant Win Game (“Sweepstakes Entry”).

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner and Four (4) First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received.

FOUR (4) FIRST PRIZES: $15,000 American Express Gift Card and two (2) HTC FUZE phones. ARV: $15,900 each.

DAILY INSTANT WIN GAME:

ONE (1) RINGTONE: Five hundred and sixty (560) prizes, ARV up to $3.00 each; OR
ONE (1) WALLPAPER DOWNLOAD: Five hundred and sixty (560) prizes, ARV up to $3.00 each;
OR
ONE (1) HTC FUZE PHONES: One hundred and twelve (112) prizes, ARV $450.00 each
