Hershey’s Kisses Wishes With Kisses Contest open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Timing :
Online entries must be received by no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on February 16, 2009

Follow the online instructions to complete the Official Online Entry Form and submit your Essay as instructed to register for Contest.
