Captain D’s Drink & Win Game Rules

Eligibility : Captain D’s Drink & Win Game is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older, and who reside in the following states:  IN, KY, OH, TN, MO, IL, WV, FL, GA, VA, NC, AL, SC, MS, AR, CO, LA, NM, TX, NV, KS, CA

Promotion Period : Captain D’s Drink & Win Game begins on or after 6/08/09 and ends on 8/09/09 or until supplies of game materials are depleted, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.captainds.com and click the promotion button or go directly to www.captainds.com/win, complete the registration form (name, email address, ZIP code, birth date, and favorite restaurant); then enter a valid game code.  To play, click on two of the 25 Captain D’s cup images to reveal a prize image. If the prize revealed behind the two Captain D’s cups match, you are a potential instant winner of the prize revealed, subject to verification. Prize redemption instructions will be available to instant winners at the promotion website upon winning the prize.

    Well I love the oppertunity to try to win some money ,lord knows right now in my life I could use some. I live in asheville nc but I am living here at duke hospital with my son till he gets well.we don,t have a captain d,s in our town, I wish we did, I would eat there often. so when I am out of town and I get a chance to go I will go. I remimber when I was young our family would try to win money and prizes at different places like exxon gas stations and a@p grocery stores didn,t have to much luck then but you can,t win if you don,t enter thank you for the oppertunity to win Eric

    how can u win if u can’t log on to your website to enter code?i attempted for 20 min. also, service and supervision lacking at captain d’s i went to last night. no tarter sauce in container and by the time employee refilled it, my food was cold, then went to restroom and no paper towels available. also someone had dropped ketchup on floor and customers were walking in it. when i reported, employee took paper towels and smeared it instead of mopping, location was mew albany, ms. i was very disappointed in everything.

    The marketing, Inc. sent me a letter with a new game code and said to try again. I did and they would said my e-mail already exists and would not accept my game code. I give up! You do not follow through with what your letter said!
