How To Enter : To enter in the Sweepstakes, you must (a) go to www.lifetimemoms.com (the “Website”) (or, if already a member, sign in), (b) click on the Sweepstakes banner; and (c) complete the registration form (if a registered member, most of the entry form will be automatically filled in); (individually, an “Entry,” and collectively, the “Entries”).
Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be: (i) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (ii) eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
