Eligibility :Only Small Business (defined below) owners and Small Business employees who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (except Quebec) who are at least 18, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes on behalf of an eligible Small Business.
Timing : Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2011, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 28, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Original Entry per Small Business.

Twenty Eight (28) Daily Prizes (One (1) Per Day of Sweepstakes Period): The Small Business owner selected in each daily prize drawing (“Daily Prize Winner”) will receive Office Depot gift cards totaling $1,000.00 USD; 1:24 scale Tony Stewart and Greg Biffle diecast model cars, approximate retail value (“ARV”) for both cars: $119.90 USD. Total ARV of each Daily Prize: $1,119.90 USD.
FINALIST PRIZE PACKAGES: Two (2) Finalist Prizes:
$10,000 Small Business makeover awarded in the form of Office Depot gift cards. This portion of the Finalist Prize will be awarded 2-3 weeks after the Race to each Finalist Prize Winner who does not also win the Grand Prize (A) outlined in GRAND PRIZE section (A), below.

A check for $5,937.60 USD to defray, though not eliminate, the tax expense incurred by the Finalist Prize Winners associated with the Finalist Prize
ARV of Finalist Prize Package (where Finalist does not also win the Grand Prize (A): $29,688.00 USD.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner: Each Finalist Prize Winner will be randomly assigned to one (1) of two (2) race cars participating in the Race for a chance to win either Grand Prize (A) or Grand Prize (B) described below:
Grand Prize (A): If a Finalist Prize Winner is randomly assigned to the race car associated with the Sweepstakes that wins the overall Race, that Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
$1,000,000.00 USD will be awarded in the form of a 30-year annuity in lieu of the $10,000 Small Business makeover detailed in sub-section 1 of the Finalist Prize description.
Limited license to use of “2011 Official Small Business of NASCAR® Courtesy of Office Depot mark”, (“Licensed Mark”) in connection with Grand Prize Winner’s Small Business until December 31, 2012. Such use of the Licensed Mark shall be in a manner subject to the approval of NASCAR® and subject to Grand Prize Winner’s compliance with all NASCAR® instructions and limitations regarding the use of the Licensed Mark.
